If you have a lot of photos and/or videos in your photo library, the Photos component of your iPad or iPhone can crash. This can occur in the Photos app itself, or when selecting photos/videos within Know Me Toolbox. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to resolve this, since the issue is with Apple's Photos feature.
