I'm having trouble logging in.

Your Know Me Toolbox account uses an email address and a password to log you into the app. Once you’re logged in, you shouldn’t need to log out and back in again. But if you do, here are some tips!

If you forgot or don’t know which email address to use

  1. Tap "Forgot Password" on the Log In screen

  2. Enter an email address that you may have used when you signed up.

  3. Tap “Reset Password” and our system will attempt to send an email to that address.

  4. If you do not receive an email (make sure to check the Spam folder), try these steps again with a different address.

  5. Once you get the password reset email, make a note of which email address it was sent to, and follow the instructions to set a new password.

If you forgot your password

  1. Tap "Forgot Password" on the Log In screen.

  2. Enter the email address you use to log in.

  3. Tap “Reset Password” and follow the instructions in that email.

In either case, your email address may also need to be verified. There is a good chance you already did this when you first signed up for Know Me Toolbox, but if not, another verification email will be sent when you attempt to log in. Tap the “Verify Email” button in that email to do so.
