We designed the Know Me Toolbox and Friendclips apps to be able to work independently of each other, so each app uses its own account system. This means you have to sign up for each app separately, even if you use the same email address as your username for both. If that’s the case, you can either use the same password for both or different ones. Just make sure to remember which password corresponds to which! You can always request to reset your password from the login screen on each app.
