Record a new video with the camera
Tap the pencil to enter Edit mode
Tap the “New Video” button that appears at the end of the group
On the screen that pops up, tap the plus sign (+) to add a video
Choose "Record Video" to open camera. (There is a Help link at the bottom of this screen)
Record your friend or they can record themselves
Review the clip, then Save or re-record
Add name, role (son, coach, etc.) and group they belong to
Tap Save & Add. Then tap the green checkmark
Add a video from your camera roll
You can add a pre-recorded video (for example, emailed to you from someone out of town) that is already in the camera roll of your iPad or iPhone.

Choose "Video Library", then scroll and tap the video you want. Tap "Choose" in the lower right corner to select it
Add name, role (son, coach, etc.) and group they belong to
Tap Save & Add. Then tap the green checkmark
Can I add a photo instead of a video?
Not currently, sorry. You can film a very brief video of a photo if that's all you have. Please let us know if this feature would be useful to you.
