Tap the pencil at the upper right
Tap the plus that takes its place at the upper right
Choose Add Video, Add Web Link, or Add PDF
Videos must be on your iPad or iPhone (in the camera roll or another album)
You can type in web links from scratch, or paste a link you previously copied
PDFs must be in your iCloud Drive or another cloud provider (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) linked to your Files app
Follow the instructions to select the file
Type its name into the Title field
Tap the Cover to choose a cover color
Tap the green check mark
